Clarification on the Protection of Personal Data
Within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Law"), your personal data you have shared with our company (your education information, information about your working and social life, your financial status) and your personal data of special nature (information about union / association / foundation memberships, criminal conviction, marital status, sexual life, biometric data and information about your health status) will be stored, recorded, updated by our company in accordance with the Law, and in cases permitted by the legislation, it may be disclosed / transferred, classified and processed in the ways specified in the Law. It may be disclosed / transferred to third parties, classified and processed in the ways listed in the Law.7
Personal Data Transfer and Purposes
Your processed personal data may be transferred to the relevant authorities upon request within the framework of Article 28/1 of the KVKK, without the obligation to inform and without seeking your explicit consent.
Apart from this, in unforeseeable cases, your personal data may be transferred to public institutions (ministries, administrative authorities such as presidential boards) specified in the law within the purposes and limitations stipulated in the law. At this stage, information cannot be provided due to the lack of such a foreseeable situation. If this happens, you will be informed separately in advance.
In addition, contract requirements are shared with GWM MİMARİ TASARIM VE PEYZAJ A.Ş. affiliates and service providers (business partners) in order to ensure that the service provided is complete, accurate and timely, and to meet demands and complaints.
Your personal data is not transferred to any natural and legal person and institutions and organisations, except for our legal obligations that do not require your explicit consent.
Your Rights as Data Owner:
By applying to GWM MİMARİ TASARIM VE PEYZAJ A.Ş. as the data controller regarding the processing of your Personal Data:
a. To learn whether your personal data is being processed or not,
b. Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
c. To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
ç. To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
d. To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
e. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
f. To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
g. To object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and
ğ. In case your personal data is damaged due to the processing of your personal data in violation of the Law, we hereby inform you that you have the right to demand the compensation of the damage.
